My role involves the overall responsibility for operations within the branch, as well as liaising with other branches and head office. I manage the day-to-day efforts of branch employees to ensure high levels of service, in the management of customer flow.

Progressing within the company to project manager, I took on additional responsibilities and was predominantly concerned with business development, strategic planning and program management. I generated and undertook various challenging assignments in Asia and Europe.

Actively managed internal and I-hub logistics, and service logistics worldwide. Used initiative, discretion, and decision-making skills to motivate team towards exceeding targets, pre-empting issues and overcome objections.
