Position (short-mid term project) within Managing division at Domodedovo International Airport (DME) as a business analyst, which involved: - analysis of the company's and its divisions/subdivisions business processes (148 personally and more than 1500 together with a team) - re-engineering of the entire business process model (with the use of ARIS, Metasonic s-BPM tools); - creation of an alternative enterprise development strategy (assuming reconsideration of Business' goals, targets and key objectives).

Due to several surgeries experienced, had temporary health restrictions, therefore during this period was actively involved into family's business (network of pharmacies and jewellery business) until full recovery.

Procuring for JSC "RusHydro". Creation and development of Procurement Automation System (ERP system). Analysis of enormous variety of business processes, reengineering of the business process model, managing ongoing errors and bugs analysis, creating business rules, filling the discovered gaps, inventing a user-friendly interface. Managing a group of IT specialists: organization of working process, defining primary goals and direction of development, deciding and stating the working plan
