I have co-designed the architecture of the solution, that had to take into consideration limitations coming from existing architecture and a roadmap of transition to target state (with Microsoft Azure). Then I have provided business and system analysis of the components (UML diagrams, detailed documentation) for teams in highly distributed environment. My analysis of existing system helped the team to take the possession of the code much faster. I have also supported the team in Scrum rituals.

I have worked with various stakeholders to elicit and document system requirements and provide detailed business and system analysis. I have also worked closely with the development team to oversee implementation of the system and react to any gaps or roadblocks that occurred during implementation. I have been also supporting Project Manager in assessing work progress and communication with stakeholders. As a chief analyst I have verified other analysts’ documents, provided feedback and support.

I have been responsible for establishing close relationship with all customer’s stakeholders, eliciting requirements, modelling them, and obtaining client acceptance. In the implementation phase I have supported developers and testers, negotiated change requests and overseen those changes incorporated into development plan. I was also designing the business processes using BPMN. I have also led 20 people team consisting of analyst, developers and testers that delivered the ordered product to the customer.

I have worked as a Java and PL/SQL programmer, designed the algorithms used for these applications and delivered documentation. Since there were no analysts in these projects, I have contacted the stakeholders directly and gathered the requirements.
