Key deliverables to client included: - Researched market trends, main competitors and associations related with WtE - Extracted and analysed big volume of data from different sources to build an Excel financial model to forecast revenue according to the processing capacity of the Waste-to-Energy facility. - Developed a methodology to provide a strategic visibility of the industry and to evaluate business initiatives.

Guaranteed profitability and operability of 5 DCs ensuring customer satisfaction through an efficient distribution grid. Main projects included the merger of two distribution centers, implementation of Distribution Process Optimization and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).

Assured profitability & reliability of finance data in the ERP IT tool in a BU of 5 DC's. Acted as a business partner of Sales, Marketing and Operation departments on investment decisions. Main projects included coordinate the go and post-go live of SAP implementation and being on charge of forecasting and budgeting processes.
