Establish and maintain strong partnerships with business partner and functional groups. • Handling Deviations & Change Control Processes: Controlling all change processes through change requests, investigation of reasons lead to change and following up the change results.

• Develop Quality systems for EBN SINA MEDICAL necessary for the effective management of business partnerships in compliance with WHO GDP, EU GDP and local authorities (SCH) requirements. • Review, negotiate and approve Quality or Technical agreements with principals. • Set standards and procedures for quality as well as health and safety in conjunction with operating staff. • Full responsible GSP/GDP potential risks.

Ensures Food Safety ISO 22000 & Conformity of all products delivered to market. Filling technology, packaging, and cleaning with inspection point and for the Sig Combibloc. Contributes to the Plant SQCDME and KPI’s parameter according to the organization goal.

Responsible for laboratory tests to assure that material meet the requirement standard. Implementation of all requirements of GLP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 17025. Performing Sterility testing protocols for canned product (juice or dairy) UHT product. Responsible for Water station monitoring and microbiological water analysis according to the international specification and organizations quality parameters.

Performing microbiological assay of antibiotics. Responsible for Water station of purified water used in production area. Responsible for Environmental Monitoring Techniques [Air Sampling – Settling Plates – Finger Printing Swabbing from Production Areas and Equipment- Surface monitoring (RODAC plate)], and media fill. Performing Risk assessment for Environmental monitoring programs (EMP)

Microbiological Analysis (microbial limit test) of [Raw Materials, Primary Packaging Materials, Semi Finished Products and Final Products]. Environmental monitoring using Air Sampler, Settling Plates, contact plates, Finger Prints, particles counter & so on. Minimize the risk of microbial contamination in products and ensure the proper follow up of environmental monitoring program. Aware of validation of analytical methods. Growth-Promotion test.
