- Planning, installation and administration of Windows and Linux servers. - Virtualization with highly available Hyper-V, VMware and Citrix. - Administration of Active Directory, WSUS and Exchange servers. - Installation and administration of Sophos security products. - Support for infrastructure based services such as DNS, DHCP, LAN and WAN. - Regular system and network monitoring with SNMP tools. - Administration of equipment and assets. - User management and administration of licenses and rights.

-Create new ideas in order to develop new product concepts and improve the usability of Max2Play software. -Develop KPIs to enhance the process of managing the ticketing system. -Provide technical support via E-mail, forum and phone for Max2Play’s customers. -Create new content for Max2Play’s website such as blog posts, wikis and articles. -Test Max2Play’s devices and applications to improve the end-user’s experience. -Participate in Max2Play’s marketing and business development activities.

-Participate in Microsoft Infrastructure Implementation Projects. -Install and configure Microsoft operating systems on servers and desktops. -Install and configure Microsoft Infrastructure application servers. -Produce server installation and configuration documentation and design. -Troubleshoot and fix Microsoft Infrastructure solutions’ problems on site and write technical reports after completing customers calls.

-Develops custom programs for the website of international and German water partnership in Jordan and assist the web admin to edit and manage the website. -Provide the GIZ WP with documentation on matters concerning the administration,editing and maintenance of the website.
