I also served as a Supply Chain Intern in the production department of Artistic Denim Mills, where I gained exposure to fabric production, lean manufacturing, and line-balancing techniques. In addition to my practical experience, I possess a range of valuable skills and certifications, including Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Toyota 5S Methodology, project management, supply chain logistics & lean manufacturing principles. I had a great opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in the industrial sector, which enabled me to further hone my skills through practical experience. One of my significant projects involved conducting a thorough time and motion study to evaluate the efficiency of the shirts manufacturing process. Additionally, I utilized MS Visio to identify flaws within the cutting department by designing and laying out the stitching line.
