• Automotive Regulations (ECE,AIS,IS, FMVSS) study & impact assessment for vehicle model. • Coordination & verification of vehicle readiness for compliance to Standards. • Complete Vehicle Level Homologation. • Application to test agencies for Compliance/Type Approval certificate. • Vehicle testing & certification for upcoming regulations. • Vehicle & component Conformity of Production as per the defined cycle. • Conformity of Production audit for safety components.

• Support NPI with all the technical details & documentation on assembly line. • Implementation of QMS (ISO 9001) & built in quality system on assembly line. • Process Document (PFMEA ,ODS,QCOS) preparation for Assembly line. • EPL (Engineering part list)/MPL (Material part list) /BOM(Bill of material ) validation in product launch. • Preparation of PFMEA, review of High risk RPN PFMEA’s & reducing RPN no by strengthening the process checks & Error proofing.

• New engineering change PTR responsibility to develop new process and tooling on time without affecting takt time of the work. • PCP (Process Control Plan) review &implementation.
