Threat analysis and identification through use of raw log data from a customer's network. Customer contact via phone and email to inform them (as necessary) of potential threats w/brief description of the problem. Vulnerability scanning (External/Internal) and remediation as necessary for PCI and Non-PCI clientele.

Provide tech support to users during an on-going computer migration project. Switched users from Windows XP to Windows 7. Transferred user data from old system to new system, and explained/demonstrated the difference between the Operating Systems to enhance understanding and use.

Authored, verified, and tested over 40 software transmittal packages, and created package media to ship to an international client. Confirmed with code-specific responsible engineers the approval of files, documentation, and changes. Linux migration project with members outside of my immediate team to test and ensure program execution, accuracy, and free of inhibiting bugs and file errors.

Computer setups, installation of operating systems, programs, and other utilities. Troubleshoot and repair many projectors, PC/Macintosh computers, laptops, printers, and recorders. Performed system updates, malware/virus scans, and other diagnostics as needed.

Worked on a mass team deployment project with 2000 leased computers. Data backups, data migrations, system updates, and joining computers to domain. Created shipping labels, applied labels, wrapped, and ensured pick-up of completed computer parcels.

Maintained computer, printer, and projector usability in a classroom environment. Secured all building classrooms and computer labs, as well as, replenishing classroom supplies daily. Transcribed data found in ongoing research oriented audio recordings and phonetic articles. Created electronic copies of documents for three research groups.

Created documentation for network equipment standardization specifications for main distribution facilities (MDF's). Collaborated on multiple Project Plans. Daily resolution of trouble tickets for phone and voicemail issues in a patient/non-patient environment. Gained better understanding of the medical IT infrastructure through company trainings and meetings.
