• Led the EU Project NANOMA for 3.5 years, managed a budget of Euros 415K, collaborated across Europe with six partners and successfully managed the project • Documented technical reports, yearly review reports, deliverables and work packages • Succeeded in establishing lab facilities and contributed in procuring equipment for IBM Zurich and ETH Labs • Supervised students (6 MSc., 3PhDs.), coached and trained the technical staff at cleanroom fab facilities of ETH Zürich and IBM Research Zürich

• Carried out finite element method (FEM) simulations on ANSYS and TellWatch • Enhanced the capabilities, improved reliability on TellWatch and provided SOP by performing comparative studies

• Developed ultra-high vacuum system that could attain a pressure of 100 nanopascals • Built a fiber optic based Fabry-Perot interferometer to measure the quality factor of 50 nm resonators • Designed a piezo-actuated platform to actuate 50 nm resonators • Fabricated various parts of the vacuum setup by using lathe and milling machines • Conducted CFD simulation on 1 µm thick micro-cantilevers to validate Sader’s model
