Accomplished Principle Software Engineer with expertise in Oracle database technology with various versions like 11gR2, 12c, 19c etc... In stream of installation, upgradation, patching etc… Furthermore having expertise in multiple OS. I took an entry position at Technical support. My main responsibilities are fixing issues which faced by customer’s across the globe related to Database and resolving client issues with their peripherals. During my time in this position, I have gained customer service skills by interacting with the public. I have advanced to a team guidance position where I instruct other members of my team who need assistance. I am ready for the next step in my career.
