(Michigan, USA)  Part of Custom order team.  Understanding customer requirements.  Based on customer requirements initiating Design process.  Finalizing and reviewing DXF file for Laser cutting using Solidworks and Autocad.  Custom Order includes the following items  Fire Pit Rings, Medal Hangers, Split Letters

 Develop Engineering Designs, Lay Out Drawings related to pipeline using Autocad & Solidworks i.e. Horizontal Directional Drilling, thrust bore, Main valve assemblies, Scrubbing and filtration assemblies, Pig Launcher and receiving assemblies, Custody transfer stations and LPG air Mix plants according to ASME standards B31.8, B31.3, ASME Section VIII DIV 1, NFPA 58, API5L & API 6D.  Develop Isometric Piping Drawings for generating Bill of quantities (BOQ).

 Initializing Product Design by brain storming different ideas.  Finalizing different concepts for final product design.  Preparing CAD models of different concepts using Solidworks.  Analysing Designs using Solidworks simulation and motion Analysis.  Finalizing CAD models for Rapid Prototyping.  Trouble shooting Design issues.  Working on Frisbee Design to attempt Guinness world record for furthest distance covered.  Working on Pipe assist for Pipe smokers.

Revolutionizing retractable Dog leash system by adding Poop scooping mechanism. Also making it environmental Friendly by using paper bags instead of conventional Polyethylene bags using Software such as Solid works & Auto Cad.

Lead a Team of (2) two Assistant Engineers.  3-D modeling of engineering parts/molds using Solidworks.  Animation of Mechanical components.  Analyzing Engineering sketches, specifications and related data and drawings to determine design factors such as size, shape and arrangement of parts.
