I'm a Scrum Master/Team Lead, who has big experience in automotive industry and interested in new opportunities in Scrum Master/Team Lead role. Have a great experience with C++/Qt/QML. I really like Agile methods of working and think that they are the best for developing new products, also have SAFe 6 Scrum Master certificate. Also skilled in people management practices regarding team’s motivation and organizing the team to achieve good results. During my career worked with R&D project, in startup, in project for tool for video editing and mostly in automotive projects. Have an experience with working in projects through all the SDLC and ASPICE model. I like difficult tasks I’ve never dealt before, because while solving them I’m receiving the new skills. And also I can find a right decision how to solve tasks quickly. I haven’t got a habit to do everything at the last day, so I trying to do my work in advance. If something need to be done urgent, I can do it quickly and good.
