Lead projects to implement payment solutions and prepaid card programs for US clients. Work and sync different and dependent tasks between internal, external teams and vendors. Working under low supervision helped me strengthen my organizational skills and priority management skills. The challenge to work in multi-cultural and dynamic environment I overcome with focus on the client's and team's needs and dedicated support.

My first years in IT were dynamic and knowledge collecting thanks to the team of high professionals I worked with. I was responsible for bid management, including establishing relations with partners and subcontractors. I was leading projects and teams to fulfill the project goals. Mainly applying waterfall project management methodology.

My main responsibility was to maintain and develop clients and partners network and relations. To achieve that the team provided high level organizational, tracking and reporting transport services. For one and a half year, I was acting as Department Manager with extended responsibilities to lead the team and perform strict reporting and budget planning.

I managed the procurement cycle at the advertising agency starting form the idea to the particular execution of the supply chain process. I was participating in local and international advertising fairs and events to expand the business relations with suppliers and partners.
