In the course of my assistance in a research project dealing with the influence of Stress on Health oriented Leadership I was not only responsible for literature research and analysis in terms of questionnaire designs in various languages as well as the correspondent data analysis/ presentation but also entrusted with the development and shooting of a video vignette.

Within my internship I gained a lot of experiences around global employee surveys concerned with employee satisfaction or HR services and products. Besides survey governance, the respective data analyses and presentation preperation for the Senior Management I was also concerned with developping project management systems and took part in an external provider selection process. SAP offered great possibilities to get in touch with inspirational people from all over the world building a flourishing network!

Within my project "Re-Shine", we cooperated with a learning establishment of the Ev. Association for Youth Social Work looking after former drop-outs. Designing and compiling of learning materials on economic topics for theoretical lessons of the students as well as the practical implementation by the production of recyclable articles with the aim of establishing a social start-up were our main activities. It was a great and enriching experience working with these students and my team on a common goal!
