Neda Behfar

I have worked in cross functional teams (in agile environments) to create online products and believe the success of a product lies in great teamwork, keeping the idea simple, knowing your target audience and using a goal based approach. With a multicultural background and having lived in different places all over the world, I achieved a sense of cultural awareness which helps me to be able to better understand users with different needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables. I seek new challenges that bring me out of my comfort zone and lead to growth. My new challenge/passion is to designing and creating things in VR.
