o Manage to network dimensioning for coverage and capacity in line with the Network Strategy and Sales priorities to achieve the agreed KPIs and SLAs o Lead to plan & build & deliver network solutions with smart technologies (outdoor/indoor sites, repeaters, femtocells, smallcells etc) o Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the quality

o Planning new sites in the Investment Plan o Optimising the existing sites to improve the quality. o Planning new revisions to enhance the network coverage.
