I have more than 12 years of work experience in management, diplomacy, anti-corruption monitoring and evaluation, policy development and et al in the government and non-government sectors. Besides, I earned Master of Public Policy Degree from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt, Germany where I have completed my specialisation in International Affairs as well as Public Sector and non-profit Organization Management. I wrote my Master Thesis about "Understanding and Controlling Police Corruption in Afghanistan". Similarly, I have successfully completed a one-year Good Governance Afghanistan Program at the Erfurt School of Public Policy in Germany. I also earned Bachelor Degree in Management and Diplomacy from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Nangarhar University.
