My responsibilities included translating IT reports, calling IT professionals in the DACH region and discussing these reports in German. I made calls to Austria, Switzerland and Germany, I am fluent in German and have an in depth understanding of regional cultural distinctions between DACH countries. The job was target driven and I consistently exceeded my targets and was regularly performer of the month.
