Ineu plant with head count of 4850 employes and sales over 200 milions euro/year. Full responsibility of plant management activity for Ineu operations site and IGS Ukraine. Responsible for plant operation, quality, maintenance, purchasing, logistic, planning and sales. Responsible for developing and launch new projects, release the manufacturing concepts. Developing efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs.

Quality control, quality assurance, quality improvement, customer complains.

Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing the project; Development of concept and the management of plan, cost, risk, communications, resources, contracts, risk and quality of the projects; Provides status reports while insuring overall project coordination and communication with other projects teams and management; Defines the organization chart of the project and the description of roles;
