iGEM Paris Bettencourt
As the local group of the international genetically engineered machine (iGEM) competition, our team has the goal to solve the global problem of the infectious disease tuberculosis by using synthetic biology. The subproject I'm working on is to engineer a sensor to fast detect mycobacteria tuberculosis and to find out, if the bacterium has any antibiotic resistances. A phagemid is the carrier of the sensor.

Collaborator
Ecole Boulle and Center for Interdisciplinary Research
"I'm living material" is a collaboration project between the design school Ecole Boulle and the Center of Interdisciplinary Research (CRI). The goal was to discover Design and Science in a collaboration using bacterial cellulose as case study. With this study we developed new ways of educating the public about domestic biofabrication.
