I’m a designer specialized in digital product and services. My practice focuses on user centered approaches to problem-solving, based on Industrial Design criteria oriented to Computer Science. As a Product Designer, my work relies on the empathizing with business issues – understanding goals to achieve and user needs to satisfy. My areas of expertise are research, facilitation, design and management, usually within Agile environments.

Member of the XD team and responsible for products design related to several BMW-MINI digital touchpoints. My main tasks are research, analysis, UI, interaction design, and validation.
Responsible for the whole Design of digital products and decision-making facilitator, focus on business problems and user needs. For the management of wide product development, we rely on the Lean-UX methodology, in order to frame research, analysis, validation and implementation, into one multidisciplinary working process.
Management and development of User Experience and Interface Design, mainly into the creation of new digital products and their maintenance.
