I am a result driven person with more than 12+ years of industry experience in Media, Telecom and Communication Industry. Currently working as an IT business/technical analyst from the last 5.5 years. I am actively involved in requirements elicitation, defining and prioritizing requirements, scope analysis, manage the backlog, participate and contribute to all scrum events, problem-solving, act as a mediator in between stakeholders and development team, evaluate the progress of each sprint and deliverable, documentation, review and mentoring. I have worked on various Projects as a BA, Some of them involve requirements based on legacy CRM system (PL/SQL code analysis), delivering REST APIs as per the TM Forum. Currently working on requirements based on Splunk Data Analysis and data migration from one of the proprietary tools to Elastic hosted on Cloud. I can very well communicate with technical, non-technical and Business people at various levels.
