Sploot Pupseries is a Dog Daycare center that looks after pups and dogs, helping working dog-parents.

Turning ideas into products. Launched new products that will change the way properties are let in the UK. Our aim was to streamline the lettings process and making it easy and efficient,both for renters as well as landlords/agents. Some of the responsibilities included understanding market requirements, proposing innovative product ideas leading customer comms and trials, assisting in product designing, liaising with third parties, devising a marketing strategy and producing a documentary film.

On 31st of May 16, The Outside View was acquired by Rightmove. The Outside View is a predictive analytics company that has created an algorithm to predict which houses will sell in the next 180 days. We offered one of the most lucrative events of all: When somebody will move house. With this, I helped estate agents run targeted marketing campaigns using Behavioural Science to persuade them to invite the agent for a market appraisal. These campaigns included direct mails, emails plus bespoke creatives.

Camos provides legal advice on property conveyancing and redevelopment. My responsibilities included developing tactical plans to promote the services offered, nurturing client relationships and liaising with a panel of external business partners and establishing strategic alliances. With an aim to decrease the turn-around-time, I automated several tax calculation processes using MS-Excel. I supervised 15 staff members and provided IT and soft-skills training to increase the efficiency of the team.

The primary function as a Client Services Manager was to support the clients where necessary. The role encompassed client on-boarding, resolving client queries as well as identifying potential opportunities to promote services and understanding clients' requirements to offer bespoke solutions, working closely with the senior management. The underlying duty as an Administration Manager was to ensure that all operational functions run smoothly.

With an aim to mitigate risks of compliance breaches, I monitored portfolio holdings of mutual funds in the U.S. to ensure their adherence to regulatory guidelines as stated in the respective prospectus and Statement of Additional Information or those issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission. I analysed daily trading activities of mutual funds in order to identify any compliance violations with the use of Bloomberg Terminals and created pass / fail reports.
