Developed a database of social innovation projects using web crawling, text mining and machine learning techniques. During the project, developed methods for term extraction, text classification, named entity recognition, topic modelling, text summarization, information retrieval and web crawling. Developed a state-of-the-art framework for medical and clinical text de-identification using word embeddings (GLoVe, Word2Vec, BERT, ELMo) and deep learning architectures (such as BiLSTM).

PhD research is in the field of text mining. I am doing information extraction and mining of information from tables in biomedical and clinical scientific literature. I am also teaching assistant on the undergraduate software engineering courses.

Responsible for development of Android application for ManageWP service. Also working on web services and games. Managing white hat security programs for ManageWP.com and ManageWP.org

Organizing local chapter meetings, contributor in OWASP anti malware project and OWASP mobile security project.

Development of enterprise search engine (http://www.esearchserver.com) that supports indexing and searching documents on file servers, SharePoint web site, internet, WebSphere intranets and Lotus Notes.
