I am a motivated molecular biology researcher with extensive experience in Nucleic acid extraction, DNA cloning and sequencing, Real-time PCR, Protein expression and purification, Cell culture, and working knowledge of nucleic acid design and sequence analysis (eg. primer design, web-based alignment tools, etc). Prior knowledge of mining genes expression databases such as GEO, ArrayExpress, UCSC, and TCGA Experience with bioinformatics search tools like NCBI BLAST, Uniport etc. Ability to independently analyze, graph, and interpret data with effective written and oral communication skills and collaborate on and execute multiple parallel studies.
