Two key business divisions characterize the company S:FLEX – the wholesale of mounting systems at our locations in Denver, Colorado-USA, Hamburg, Germany, Barcelona, Spain and the implementation of turn-key photovoltaic projects at our location in Freiburg, Germany.

Solar United Networks coordinates the financing, installation and operation of photovoltaic solar energy systems. We partner with investors, solar system installers, equipment manufacturers, electric utilities, and customers (hosts) that provide adequate roof or land space to design and implement innovative green energy solutions. In addition, I am working with German-based companies to evaluate their feasibility of establishing various business concepts within the area of solar energy in the U.S..

As the Sourcing Management & Governance Relationship Manager, I handled all aspects of the Service Provider Relationship for Application Development Maintenance as well as Infrastructure in a multi-sourced environment (100% outsourced).

I led the development and implementation of the newly established Sourcing Management & Governance organization for Chrysler’s Information Technology (IT) Management. Developed, socialized and reached leadership approval for the following: Sourcing Management & Governance Charter / common processes for performance mgmt, financial mgmt, contractual mgmt and relationship mgmt / staffing requirements and training for implementation. I developed the Chrysler and Service Provider Policies & Procedures Manual.

Led the data-driven IT Efficiency Strategy Study through alignment, analysis and recommendation with the following objectives: - Drive down costs while improving integration with the business and focus on enabling the bus. to improve efficiencies - Identify efficiency optimization opportunities based on industry best practices for IT Services - Redefine the IT org and service delivery model The study recommendation led to a multi-sourced transformation and implementation with impact to IT & business partne

Led internal Venture Capital Initiative for CEO, Tom LaSorda. Developed and established processes and tools to support initiative. Solicited innovative ideas, coached and guided submitters developing executive summaries and presentations. Updated management and Executive Committee (EC) on progress of approved ideas. Conducted Venture Capital Initiative Review Board and Executive Committee Innovation Day meetings.

Support of DaimlerChrysler Chief Information Officer (CIO) NAFTA and Office of the CIO NAFTA in all aspects. Supported and coordinated re-organization activities including budget and headcount reporting and implemented the IT Governance and Portfolio Mgmt process. Developed various presentations and communications for employees, executives and Executive Committee to support CIO NAFTA efforts/messages incl. Strategy for Executive Committee. Led and coordinated security relevant initiatives and audits.
