Nim worked for over forty years in the UK and is now in private practice in Kenya. A Mental Health Therapist and past associate chaplain; Anglia Ruskin University (Cambridge), Prison Chaplain (London) Accredited Social Work Practice Teacher - Working with universities and a number of organisations to supervise, support and assess social work students on placement, assessing competencies and marking students’ work. Lay member of the Lord Chancellor’s Advisory Committee magistrates interviewing panel. Director -Cambridge Ethnic Community Forum Providing advice on issues affecting the BME community in Cambridge and working to ensure public bodies complied with the equality law Manager -Richmond Fellowship International Foundation - (therapeutic community for mental health service users). Tutor – The London Centre for Spirituality Tutor (sessional) Mary Ward Adult Education Centre Mediator - Calm Mediation ( personal and interpersonal conflict mediator).
