IT Product Owner with an engineering background, passionate about digital and innovative products with experience in specifying business requirements and driving the development of features and services in the e-mobility industry. I have spent the last few years bringing ideas to life, working closely with developers and designers, and even coding. This has taught me the requirements for smooth product development from both a business and development perspective. My attention to detail, hands-on approach, and enthusiasm for improvement have provided me with a wide range of learning opportunities, from operations management and business analysis to feature definition, detailed specification, and product ownership. With a can-do mentality, I take ownership of development from ideation to release and beyond in operations and maintenance. • Led a cross-functional team of developers, data analysts and UI/UX designers to take multiple SaaS web applications from concept to successful launch and beyond. • Specified and drove the integration of Stripe as the payment gateway. • Driven the identification and establishment of strategic partnerships, in particular the integration of connected car data via High Mobility, and led technical specification discussions as Technical Partner Manager, extending product capabilities and market reach.
• Conducted in-depth analysis of core operational processes, proposing and specifying enhancements to optimise IT systems and organisational structures. • Led the specification, management and testing of the implementation of CDR valuation logic, achieving a 50% reduction in operational margin loss. • Defined and streamlined the processing of CDR and POI data, ensuring compatibility with all communication protocols (OCPI, OICP, OCHP & eMIP), thereby improving system interoperability and efficiency.
• Took full ownership of the POI data stream, ensuring its integrity and quality. • Harmonised POI data from multiple CPOs and implemented advanced intelligent data enrichment strategies to significantly improve the customer experience when locating charging points. • Led the specification, monitoring and testing of several system enhancements that successfully increased the quality of POI data by 20%. • Performed in-depth analysis of extensive historical CDRs to significantly reduce operating margin loss.
