With a business approach, broad experience and a down-to-earth, no-nonsense way of working, I am always busy with process optimisations, and I support people where necessary. I get energy from bringing structure and fact-based innovations and results. This brings contagious focus. As a 'we-thinker', I always make time for people who are searching in their work, development or carreer to help them with a listening ear and HR advice. In addition, I like to combine my experience as an Aikido teacher and coach in helping people by the principles of Aikido.
