The thrill of digging into more complex "things" to create lead me to pursue a B.Sc. in software engineering with an emphasis on business analysis and innovation in 2017. Since then I knew that I wanted to solve problems using modern technology. My passion for transforming requirements into software lead me to pursue a M.Sc. in Enterprise Systems Engineering in 2019, which qualified me to evaluate, analyze, and document requirements using data on a complex level and enabled me to start my research and development journey in IT-Infrastructure. Through the past 4 years of experience in IT business analysis and development, I worked on aligning the IT-Business vision of several national & international clients to deliver innovative solutions that fulfill the client’s needs. My leadership skills, knowledge in IT, data analysis, and understanding of business needs allowed me to direct and lead the process of implementing multiple software, starting from requirements to training &feedback.
