Managed a $23 mil budget for a major online retailer housewares provider. Reduced shipping costs negotiating long term major shipping contracts shipping based upon standardized product weights and dimensions. Implemented EDI converting vendor supply, shipment, and order info from fax/e-mail to EDI resulting in order accuracy and faster order fulfillment. Managed implementation of MAS 200 Financial/ERP & HighTower POS reducing outages related to custom in house developed applications.

Managed tech sales support for VeriSoft Access Manager a unified identity framework allowing config of logical access components using physical access credentials (smartcards, biometrics, virtual tokens.) Developed a Channel Sales/Client/Support training program covering use cases, installation, configuration, trouble shooting and an RFP db increasing product knowledge by 40%, channel sales by 30% & reducing com barriers by 40%, sales cycles by 25% & support calls by 30%.

Utilizing a 3000 sq ft indoor training space and a 5000 sq ft external space and other ARF facilities. Designed and built a World Class training center for TLR-ARF. Starting from the ground up built a training organization that lacked structure, organization, revenue, consistency, and marketability. Built a World Class training facility. Leading to revenue generation of over $100k per year and increasing client intake over 100%.
