• Managing 4 teams that support 14 European countries • Analyzing client business processes • Making sure all transitions are completed as per the given timelines • Being interface between local customer contact and Offshore Operations Team • Managing project and teams according to customer requirements: from Knowledge Transfer planning until handover Process Control • Managing time, scope and costs and the quality of services • Identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures

• Report SLA & other metrics on time • Conduct regular One on One with Team members to coach/plan and manage aspirations • Set reasonable, challenging and clear performance goals for direct reports, communicates expectations clearly, monitors performance & provides appropriate feedback • Focus on Continuous improvement, drives process improvement initiatives and manages implementations • Participate to Hiring process by managing Technical interviews

• Prepare the VAT calculations and declaration. • Prepare journal entry postings, reconciliations and inter-company postings. • Bank reconciliation • Run reports from SAP for accounts reconciliation and justifying the differences • Prepare reconciliation statement

• Timely Processing all payables related, and • Prepare payment routine and action these within approved procedures • Support month-end close activities from AP standpoint by adhering to month end close deadlines.
