Plan, design, optimize, implement, audit, and troubleshoot the network security system to improve the efficiency of the client and protect the system from cyber-attacks, hacking attacks, intrusion, infiltration, and natural disasters. Respond to customer requests for proposals, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions, and provide shoulder-to-shoulder knowledge transfer or training to implementation teams bringing the technology solutions online.

Responsible for the design, develop and implementation of complex network and security solutions, models and high-level systems architecture. Consults with clients to refine network and security needs. Manage presales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsible for ATM Communication Management and software deployment. Install, monitor and manage corporate ATMs network devices, security and applications. Provide second and third level troubleshooting on ATM system network, internetwork, software hardware and Journal Analysis. Ensure all logged incidents pertaining to ATM network communications, transactions/security violations breaches are resolved within SLAs.
