Okan Dilmit

I’ve been working as Java Software Developer at Pia Bilisim’s Project Delivery Team for over 2 years. My current project is Vodafone Turkey CRM application for home internet services that used over 4000 vendors. My main expertise is in Java server-side development, where I took active role in project design and end-to-end implementation. In addition to this I had opportunity to work with variety of databases. Before this, I spent 4 years as an Industrial Automation-Software Engineer, working on automation projects for different plants and factories. This experience taught me to be adaptable, proactive and take decisions under difficult situations. Beyond technical skills, I am committed to contributing positively to team dynamics through effective communication, adaptability, and collaboration.
