I was responsible for managing the technical team in the projects where Facility Management Service is provided, troubleshooting and maintenance/repair of Mechanical, Electrical and Construction systems and infrastructures, Monitoring and Reporting of Energy Expenses, Monitoring and Reporting of Procurement, HR, OHS and Budget Processes, CAFM

Taking part in the opening process of the Kayseri Integrated Health Campus Project, which has a 466,000 m2 closed area, testing and commissioning all mechanical systems and equipment in the hospital, keeping the systems running smoothly, maintaining and troubleshooting the systems, managing the Technical Office, Central Help Desk (MYM) SLA Management and Quality Management Processes Operating Medical Gas, BMS, BIS and Fire Detection systems smoothly

Maintenance of the equipment belonging to the auxiliary enterprises and the machines and lines in the production departments, ordering and stock tracking of spare parts for systems and equipment, monitoring the energy consumption of the facilities and reporting to the senior management on a monthly basis, preparation and monthly reporting of the unit budget, project management of the process from the design stage to the assembly, testing and commissioning of the machines in the investment program.

Carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance of the machines and lines in the production departments, ordering and stock tracking of spare parts, carrying out studies to reduce spare parts and unplanned downtime costs, installation and commissioning of new production lines, modernization of existing machines. As a member of the Business Excellence Unit; TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, Gemba, 5S and Kaizen studies. Monitoring and reporting of maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, MTTF).
