Managing a holding company for various real estate projects. Each project which is owned by the holding company has its own project. Projects are usually rental communities, either residential or commercial. I am the one who creates the transactions, build the partnerships and supervise the management of the projects. All improved various properties and brought them from 20% occupancy to 80% or higher within 2 years. Improved the property in significant ways, both externally and structurally.
