I am Ovijit Baidya, a dedicated physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Dhaka and a Master's degree on Orthopedic Physiotherapy from LPU, India. With over five years of field experience, I have provided health and rehabilitation services to forcibly displaced Myanmar refugees. Currently, as a Team Manager at Handicap International - Humanity and Inclusion, I oversee a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitation, MHPSS, and nursing support to vulnerable individuals. In the upcoming years, I aim to assume a pivotal role in managing health and other related projects or activities, driving positive change, and promoting inclusive practices within the healthcare sector.
