    Program Manager

    Google Switzerland GmbH

Managing and coordinating multiple large and complex projects at Google, that span across several organizations and have a high strategic value for the company as well as visibility. Reporting into an engineering director, I’m working closely with our cross-functional teams (product, engineering, partnerships, etc) to make sure those initiatives are properly scoped, designed, and successfully delivered, on time and within the allocated budget.

    Partner Technology Manager

    Google Switzerland GmbH

As a YouTube Partner Technology Manager, I was managing our partner base in MENA and in Turkey. Since mid-2013, we have converted the regions in one of the main audience drivers for the global product. My role consisted in inspiring and convincing the partners on the new business models, launching and managing the top tier partners through double digit growth rates, and as the expert to drive the region and build a sustainable ecosystem by using our tools at the maximum of their potential.
