I am an energetic, results-driven and detail-orientated person who enjoys a challenge and achieving goals. I enjoy learning new things, I can work very well under pressure and I have the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people.

Main duties included: • range of administrative and IT-related tasks • recording office expenditure and managing the budget • organising the office layout and maintaining supplies • overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction • writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations • responding to customer enquiries and complaints • reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed
