- Ensure compliance of the company's processes (purchase order, invoicing, etc.) - Support the team in achieving the sales target and application of adequate pricing strategy to maximize profits - Support with delivery of solutions to customers (proposals, etc.) - Verification of credit ratings and compliance of customers and suppliers - Monitoring and measurement of customer satisfaction indicators. - Monthly reporting to management (sales vs. projections, profits and losses, etc.)

- Manage the supply chain aspects of OSC Colombia and LATAM. Led a team of 3 supply chain analysts. - Ensure availability and provision of equipment, tools and services required for the delivery of services/projects. - Improve company procedures in compliance with ISO-9001 standard. - Management of the activities associated with procurement, transportation, storage and allocation of equipment and tools. - Focus on cost reduction, meeting tight delivery deadlines and optimization of resources.

- Inventory and control of the pieces or supplies used to assemble cars. - Planning of the supplies delivery to match the production constraints (from national and international suppliers). - Negotiation with suppliers. - Monitoring of supplies (existing vs. required, forecast of the next 3, 6, 9 months). - Inventory and control of the cars assembled and the spare parts available (after sales).

-Customers invoicing. -Delivery planning according to plant production. -Freight contractor selection and subcontracting. -Purchase of raw materials and spare parts.

- Request and analysis of quotes. Negotiation with suppliers. - Monitoring leadtimes. - In charge of all the logistic process until the reception of the materials. - Contributing to the organization`s financial results by cost savings. - Research and evaluate suppliers. Evaluation and continuous development of suppliers.

-Update of the processes in the company (sales administration, invoicing, purchases, planning, design, shipping, warehousing, traffic and customs) according to the global Tetra Pak standards. -Request and analysis of quotes. Negotiation with suppliers. -Tracking of all the logistic process until the reception of the material and / or service. - Ensuring continuous, reliable supply of goods and services. - Contributing to the organization`s financial results by cost savings.

- Export documentation handling. Control of products before export (physical inventory). - Preparation of the customs statement (products clearance before export). - Invoicing Clients. -Support and Coordination of the products dispatched to customers (pricing, delivery orders, certificate of conformity and quantities). -Support, Control and analysis of the costs of traffic and distribution (national and international).
