In charge of the Competence Center in Process Mining for HSPI Spa. I've led specialized teams (3-5 experienced professionals and associates) in business process analysis based on data science and process mining techniques. The processes analyzed may vary from core processes like claim management for a bluechip italian insurance company and POS activation process for a bluechip financial company to Service Desk analysis for Banks and Packaging companies.

Analysis, Design, Development and testing of the backend components of two web platform. The first (and more complex one) was a b2b for a fashion firm and the second one was a document management platform. Both were based on API via Web Services and were built on a LEMP stack.

I was in charge of the development of native apps both for iOS and Android. The apps were developed respectively using Objective C and Java and may leverage different functions from remote services (e.g. rss feed, push notification, etc...) as well as local one (e.g. sqlite database, pictures and media library, gps, etc...)

I was in charge of developing the backend components of several websites and web applications. The backend may be leveraged via an API or may be imported as a class library. The technological stack was based mainly on LEMP, but occasionally Postgres, or Microsoft SQL Server could be used instead of Mysql and Python may substitute PHP or help in some way.

Working for small customers covering different fields, from sysadmin to website developing and custom inventory and workforce management systems. The technological stack may vary from Linux systems (mostly Debian based) and tools for server setup, troubleshooting and network firewalling/NAT, Sql databases and php, python and Java as main programming languages.
