Global Special Situations group is designed to have the widest mandate providing the catch-all function to the institution. We invest globally through both direct investments and fund investments. Investments can be made in all asset classes/industries and across the capital structure in private/public companies.

Senior Risk Analyst responsable for the credit risk part in the investment portfolio: - member of the due diligence committeee - responsible for investment and risk analysis for all new investments - quantification of credit risk in the portfolio - due diligence of and advisory to deal teams re new transaction proposals - Due Diligence and site visits of investment funds - Full Risk Management Responsibility for Private Equity and Special Situations department

Credit Risk - LBOs / Hybrid-Infastructure Financing and other cash flow based financings (CLO, CDO, PFI/PPP, TRS) • analysis of financial stability of cash flows (competitive environment, strength of company, market outlook, DD findings) • analysis and negotiation of loan documentation (covenants, pledges) • Preparation and submission of final credit reports to the approval comittee or the board • advisory to deal teams re structural & risk aspects of new transactions

Graduate Programme of four 6M rotations and corporate training in US GAAP, Finance & Strategy: • Responsible for full P&L and B/S of European leveraged finance team in GE Leveraged Finance • Lead project to design ‘Edge’-card profitability db, prepare profitability analysis and design of credit card pricing models in GE Money UK • Initiation, design & project lead of cost savings tools for the supply chain dept of GE Plastics Europe • full ownership of Opex accounts as Assistant Controller
