However, the most rewarding aspect of using SAP is the opportunity to help people; not only my co-workers at Flextronics, but also IBM (U.S., Canada & Brazil) & IBM's customers. My position involves troubleshooting order-release problems, processing problems & post goods issue problems. Helping others work through their SAP problems has been very rewarding & has given me new friends through collaboration.
