I was employed as a caretaker for people with sevre disabilities in the facilitiy for Independent Living, Koto no ha (Osaka, Japan). I was mainly involved in: - Basic nursing care, especially support while eating, bathing and intimate care - Accompany of clients on trips and events - Accompany of clients on therapeutically appointments (painting, making music etc.) - Accompany of clients during the transportation service - Organizing and implementing of cultural activities

During this period I was engaged in the following activities: - Editorial work for the membership magazine “Kawaraban”; regarding this, writing of articles - Evaluation of participant´s lists for the Manga Competition 2015 - Preparation of diverse events - E-Mail and phone correspondence with members and people interested in the Society - Wide range of activities involving the use of computers, database maintenance

- Coordination and realization of a cultural framework program for the months Oct. and Nov. - Assistance of a lot of different scholars of the current courses within the Goethe-Institute Berlin in relation to Music Management, Education and General Cultural Work, as well as their integration into concert halls, operas, universities and cultural facilities throughout Berlin

was part of the voluntarily acting “Program Group” and my main duties involved: - Conception, organisation and implementation of cultural and social, cultural educational events (reading, concerts, movie nights, theatre, summer events, events for children) - Contract negotiations with agencies and artists - Support of events, artists and technical features - Mentoring of new voluntary stuff

I was involved in a Special Research Exchange which was funded by the Japanese Government. My research topic was accessibility and usability of the subway in Osaka.

I did a exchange year participating in the Intensive Japanese Language Track.

I studied Regional Sciences with focus on East Asia (Japan). Modern Japanese Language, Politics, History and Culture.
