Building out a world-class talent function and team, overseeing and driving BoF's talent acquisition and career pathways for all the wonderful BoFfins across the world. Building out the strategy, processes, tools, and execution to deliver data-driven hiring decisions to aid the continued growth of the organisation. Everything from ATS, employer branding, reporting, succession planning, career paths, and team structure.

Partnering with all stakeholders in EMEA & APAC, and leading a world-class team of Talent Acquisition professionals responsible for hiring all roles and functions across Sprinklr's EMEA & APAC offices. Held position on the EMEA Management Team.

Growing and leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals in numerous locations across Sprinklr's global offices, focused on supporting the commercial functions of Sprinklr - sales, customer success, solutions consulting, etc. Managing and developing individual team members, managing senior stakeholders and removing blockers, and ad hoc projects designed to support the growth and success of the GTM teams. Recognised at ASKO by President and CEO for contributions to the success of Sales.

Responsible for EMEA talent acquisition, global EVP and employer branding, and long-term recruiting strategies. Busy hiring great people at an incredible rate to continue our success.
