I have a total experience of more than 11 years in Research and Development, Value Engineering, Concept Design, Cost reduction, Continuous improvement, and Reverse Engineering. All these years, I have worked on various highly complex Powertrain products right from High tech Passenger Car, Buses, Trucks, Multi-Axles to Tractor, Construction Vehicle and Forestry Vehicles. Having worked on such a variety of products has given me a rich experience of part design and function understanding.

Performance components- Turbocharger, EGR Cooler, Exhaust throttle valve, EGR Valve, OCV Canister including all release work. R&D of surrounding interface components as well with their release work.
Manufacturing Engineering team- Powertrain components (Gasoline and diesel engines) design modification as per packaging point of view, out of box concept design with taken care of manufacturing feasibility. Validate that thru simulation. To be able generate detailed design after functional validation. Carry out a benchmark study for design simplification in comparison with other luxury cars. Variant Reduction of powertrain components for cost savings and better design introduction.
