Main Responsibilities:  Definition and implementation of Pryconsa’s strategy in Brazil  Identification, evaluation and analysis of real estate investments  Participation in the process of acquisition of a local company in Brazil  Definition of the product, communication, pricing and financing strategies  Negotiation and establishment of partnerships with other Brazilian real estate developers  Responsible for juridical, administrative and financial departments

Main Responsibilities:  Identification of opportunities and definition of the commercial strategies  Responsible for all the local commercial contacts toward clients and international partners and local subcontractors  Responsible for the management of the relation with the clients

 Responsible for the R&D, software development, tests, commercialization and client management  Responsible for the development of FORgest (the first Portuguese web based ERP)  Responsible for Supply Chain Management research projects  Responsible for the whole HR management  Responsible for the negotiation and management of the international partnerships

Responsible for the planning and cost control, erection coordinator (civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation erections), responsible for the procurement and contracting area and for management of the civil construction area
