Monitoring activities related to releasing daily production plans according to customers deadlines; Organizing process of shipments and deliveries to main customers on a daily basis; Reporting to Management Board about current stock, shipment plan and export procedures; Daily sales reports (revenue per shipment, volume per shipment, net sales)

Audit of financial statements in accordance with local accounting legislation and IFRS; Audit of financial statements (reporting packages) for the purpose of reporting towards parent companies and consolidation; Assistance in preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting packages of complex group structures; Audit of EU funded projects.

Providing financial analysis on a regular basis or upon request to the Global Management Board; Work in CREST (DHL Common Reporting System based on SAP) and handling ad hoc analysis; Supporting Global Reporting Team in monthly and yearly closing; Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting and preparation of inputs for presentations to the GMB and other internal customers; Product reporting. Ensuring data quality and accuracy in CREST; Accrual management; Supporting the commercial, IT, operation dpts.

Finance management; Financial reporting to internal and external bodies; Data management and legal administration; Annual budget development and follow up; Manage relations with accountant and other government institutions; Implementation of financial policies and procedures; Quarterly income statements, balance sheets and budget revision; Cooperation and reporting to Ministry of youth, Republic of Serbia, concerning a 2 grants of one million dinars each (11.000 €) to AIESEC
