Leadership of the sub-team (9 people) responsible for global operations and management of more than 40,000 PCs and about 220 servers globally. Focus on customer satisfaction (customer = local IT departments) and cost-effective operations, development of innovative and creative solutions/strategies, leadership in international projects, international travel, hosting of regular international meetings.

Buildup and autonomous leadership of a Europe-wide regional team (6 people) responsible for SW distribution and patch management for more than 20,000 PCs in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India; much traveling to all locations in these areas. Strategic product: MS System Center Configuration Manager Communication: English, supervisor located in Sweden (about 90,000 employees globally)

Management of IT in the production plant with fully automated production in Waidhofen as well as distribution offices and management headquarter in Vienna. Responsibility for cost center and budget, leadership of 11 employees including apprenticeship training, collaboration in international projects, enterprise server management incl. cluster (UNIX and Windows), SAP implementation, LAN and WAN management, integration of CZ subcontractors into the TE network. (about 500 employees in Austria)
